Es ideal para mejorar la flexibilidad, la fuerza y el equilibrio mental.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5d25b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5d25b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En esencia, el yoga es un sistema de desarrollo humano: una v\u00eda para encontrar salud y armon\u00eda total. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para incorporarse en nuestra vida diaria y trabaja todos los aspectos de la persona: f\u00edsico, vital, mental, emocional, ps\u00edquico y espiritual. Nosotros proponemos un yoga integral, un trabajo que engloba tres ejes fundamentales:<\/p>\n<p><b>Asanas o posturas<br><\/b><br>Representan la parte m\u00e1s conocida del yoga. Las asanas nos aportan flexibilidad, resistencia, tonicidad, coordinaci\u00f3n y equilibrio. Son posturas espec\u00edficas que nos permiten abrir centros energ\u00e9ticos y canales de energ\u00eda, y las aprendemos trabajando con ellas de forma dosificada, regulando lo esfuerzo seg\u00fan nuestras capacidades.<\/p>\n<p><b>Relajaci\u00f3n<br><\/b><br>La relajaci\u00f3n es un estado natural del cuerpo y la mente, simplemente es un no hacer y dejar que todo se haga. Es un estado que nos permite liberarnos de todas las sobrecargas que nos quita el ritmo de vida actual. Trabajamos la relajaci\u00f3n de manera natural y espont\u00e1nea, siempre con el apoyo de la respiraci\u00f3n consciente. Entonces encontramos un verdadero descanso y una sana recuperaci\u00f3n de nuestras energ\u00edas f\u00edsicas, mentales y emocionales.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mantra<br><\/b><br>El mantra yoga ha sido una parte de la tradici\u00f3n y\u00f3guica desde los tiempos v\u00e9dicos. La palabra mantra formado por <i>manah y trayate<\/i> se traduce como \u201cmente\u201d y \u201cliberaci\u00f3n\u201d. Los mantras son conjuntos de sonidos formados por s\u00edlabas, palabras o texto, la vibraci\u00f3n de los cuales nos ayudan a despertar la conciencia y liberar la mente del flujo constante de pensamientos que la confunden. Cuando se recitan y repiten llevan a la persona en un estado de profunda concentraci\u00f3n. Aprovechamos de los mantas su vibraci\u00f3n. La fuerza de los mantras radica en sus vibraciones sonoras, cuando las pronunciamos mental, oralmente o de forma cantada.
