T\u00e9cnicamente, la meditaci\u00f3n es el trabajo mental que nos permite mantener la atenci\u00f3n en un punto o aspecto determinado durante un tiempo m\u00e1s o menos largo.<br>Las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de meditaci\u00f3n nos ense\u00f1an a conectar nuestra mente con el presente, ya que el presente es nuestra realidad m\u00e1s cercana. Esto nos libera de las preocupaciones sobre el futuro.<br>La meditaci\u00f3n hace aflorar el verdadero bienestar que todos llevamos dentro.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\"><i style=\"\"><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Pranayama o t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n<\/b><b><br><\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Definimos las t\u00e9cnicas dePranayama como el control de la respiraci\u00f3n. Pero desde la filosof\u00eda del yoga lo pranayama son las t\u00e9cnicas de control y estimulaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda vital. El primer paso en las t\u00e9cnicas de Pranayama es el de tomar conciencia de nuestra propia respiraci\u00f3n, de los diferentes cambios y ritmos a lo largo del d\u00eda.
