con la entrada y salida de las posturas que se mantienen menos tiempo que en el hatha yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta actividad se consigue desintoxicar, fortalecer y flexibilidad el cuerpo, sentirse con m\u00e1s vitalidad y energ\u00eda, activar y equilibrar el sistema respiratorio y cardiovascular y de este modo liberar el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En estas clases podemos encontrar una infinidad de
