Se define el Ashtanga como una forma de yoga intensa, atl\u00e9tica y din\u00e1mica. Esto es verdad en muchos sentidos, aunque el Ashtanga hace mucho m\u00e1s que fortalecer y estirar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Si se practica siendo consciente de la respiraci\u00f3n, y otras t\u00e9cnicas
