f\u00edsico basado en la t\u00e9cnica hipopresiva, que combina adem\u00e1s el stretching miofacial, la reeducaci\u00f3n postural y respiratoria, la neurodin\u00e1mica junto con la metodolog\u00eda did\u00e1ctica m\u00e1s avanzada de la neuroeducaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los objetivos que se consiguen son: tonificar musculatura abdomino-perineal, reducci\u00f3n per\u00edmetro cintura, mejorar la postura corporal, prevenir todo tipo de hernias (inguinales, discales, umbilicales&#8230;), regular factores respiratorios, prevenir disfunciones del suelo pelvis, mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de las presiones intra-abdominales, disminuir la ansiedad y aumentar la confianza, aumentar y regular los factores vascularizantes (circulaci\u00f3n, piernas cansadas&#8230;), prevenir lesiones
