Seguimos la metodolog\u00eda que implant\u00f3 hace un siglo el alem\u00e1n Joseph Pilates. \u00c9l estructur\u00f3 su m\u00e9todo a partir de algunas posiciones de yoga, ejercicios de gimnasia y ballet.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Los ejercicios de este m\u00e9todo refuerzan los m\u00fasculos centrales (m\u00fasculos que forman el core: parte baja de la espalda, abdomen y pelvis), esto nos ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar la estabilidad de la columna vertebral y reducir el estr\u00e9s al que est\u00e1 sometida la columna. Estos ejercicios tambi\u00e9n nos ense\u00f1an a ser conscientes de la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
