Digambar. La luz natural inunda las salas de pr\u00e1ctica, los colores neutros invitan a la calma, y los materiales c\u00e1lidos crean una atm\u00f3sfera serena que te invita a relajarte desde el primer momento.<\/p><p>Contamos con salas amplias y luminosas, equipadas con todo lo necesario para practicar yoga, pilates, transformer y meditaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n disponemos de rincones tranquilos donde puedes leer, descansar o simplemente respirar.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, tenemos salas privadas para concertar visitas con nuestros colaboradores: N\u00faria Gabriel Puiggr\u00f2s (nutricionista), Montse Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez (masajista ayurveda), Alba Mu\u00f1oz (fisioterapeuta) y Nadia Diachiara . <a
