Un mes en el que en <strong>S\u00e2dhana Yoga<\/strong> volveremos a empezar con nuevas noticias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Somos un <strong>centro de yoga<\/strong> pero sobre todo somos un centro pensado para que encuentres tu bienestar f\u00edsico,\u00a0 mental, emocional y espiritual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Durante estos a\u00f1os, en S\u00e2dhana Yoga hemos descubierto que el bienestar que proporciona el Yoga permite a las personas alcanzar nuevos niveles de conciencia de su propio cuerpo. En todas las edades.<br \/>\nEl objetivo de visitar <strong>S\u00e2dhana Yog<\/strong>a es ser capaces de entender c\u00f3mo llegar a mejorar y estar bien de forma constante.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">As\u00ed que queremos que sepas que a\u00f1adimos nuevas clases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nueva clase<\/strong> de <strong>Pilates<\/strong> los <strong>martes<\/strong> a las <strong>9:30h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Nueva clase<\/strong> de <strong>Hatha Yoga<\/strong> los<strong> mi\u00e9rcoles a las 15:20<\/strong>h, la clase de los lunes tambi\u00e9n se adelanta a este mismo horario para ampliar su duraci\u00f3n a 70&#8242;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Las clases de <strong>Hatha Yoga Integral<\/strong> de los lunes y los jueves por la ma\u00f1ana empiezan a las 9:30h.<\/p>\n<p>Se vuelve a activar la clase de <strong>Yoga y Meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los <strong>viernes<\/strong> a las <strong>18:30h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Abrimos 2 clases m\u00e1s para ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os: <strong>Nueva clase de Petits Yoguis<\/strong> los <strong>mi\u00e9rcoles a las 17:30h<\/strong> y una nueva de <strong>Yoga A\u00e9reo<\/strong> los <strong>viernes<\/strong> a las <strong>17:20h<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Clica aqu\u00ed para que puedas recordar todos los <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sadhana-yoga.es\/es\/servicios\/\">servicios adicionales<\/a><\/strong> que tienes en el centro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Y no olvides que ahora tenemos el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CdnSO9JlETy\/\"> espacio cafeter\u00eda<\/a>.
