Qu\u00e9 efecto tienen en nuestras emociones y en nuestra capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n y de reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Todos sabemos lo importantes que son las emociones para nuestros hijos e hijas, pero<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>* les sabemos explicar qu\u00e9 significan y para qu\u00e9 sirven?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>* \u00bfc\u00f3mo pueden las emociones hacernos sentir mejor con nosotros mismos y con nuestro entorno?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>* \u00bfc\u00f3mo ayuda el Yoga\u00a0 a gestionarlas?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le ofrecemos mucho m\u00e1s que un casal ya que el aprendizaje, el respeto, la diversi\u00f3n, la educaci\u00f3n y el yoga ser\u00e1n nuestros compa\u00f1eros de camino.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s volaremos como mariposas con el yoga a\u00e9reo.
