Practicaremos la conciencia y la meditaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\nque en este mundo hiperconectado nos hace tanta falta.<\/p>\n<p>\u2764\ufe0f*Escucharemos nuestro coraz\u00f3n y nuestros sentimientos. Darles un nombre y entenderlos es el camino para crecer felices.<\/p>\n<p> *Entenderemos c\u00f3mo cuidar el cuerpo y la salud, lo que nos es beneficioso para sentirnos saludables.
